My Journey to Becoming a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner
For nearly a decade, I've been fortunate to work with people and animals as a chiropractor. It's been a rewarding career and I've been fortunate to help many people and animals with musculoskeletal issues.

A few years ago, though, I began to feel like there was a piece of the puzzle that was missing. Why were some of my patients getting 80-90% better, but still missing that last 10-20%, no matter how often they came to see me? Surely there had to be more that I could do.

With a lifelong interest in nutrition and general health and well-being, I decided to become certified in Functional Medicine. Through specific testing, I'm able to know - not guess - what nutrients, hormones, or gut microbiome deficiencies are affecting YOUR UNIQUE BODY. Gone are the days of "take this for that", expensive prescription medications from doctors who haven't dug deep enough to find out what's actually causing your issues. (Plus, let's be honest, it's unlikely that your medical doctor is going to suggest a natural, affordable solution that you could find in your grocery store!)
So, if you have unexplained symptoms, signs of inflammation or autoimmunity, or chronic issues that just don't seem to go away no matter what you try - and you’re ready to fix them instead of covering them up - it's time to go rogue and get healthy!
